How Ramming Mass Is Used?
Expert holding rich knowledge of acidic ramming mass should deal with it after putting face mask and taking proper safety measures. For using ramming mass, it needs to be pre-heated in a clean tray to a temperature of about 80Â°C to 90Â°C so that all the moisture leaves it in soft powdered form. During this reheating process, one must also ensure that it is free from the impurities. Then the obtained powder form of quartz is cooled below 40Â°C and perfectly mixed with Boric Acid Binder.
